Friday night 1970's disco fancy dress party was a storm! Everybody dressed up with the usual spangley make up, big wigs, flared trousers and clompy shoes. I went Punk.
Nothing about me was real. The tattoo, the pierced nose and spiked hair. But I felt amazing! My request for the Sex Pistols was played and I duely pogoed about the dance floor until I felt dizzy.
Everybody made such an effort. There was a Purple Pimp with a big hat and medallion. Abba graced us with their prescence. Even Elvis was there. What could have been better?!
So. What do you think of my new look? Marks out of 10...??

But I was soooo scary!!! I will frighten all of your book fans and they'll all go running and you won't sell any books and it will be the end of the world and it will all be my fault and I will never forgive myself!!!!!!
But I appreciate the top marks though!!!!!

May I come with you next time? I don't know any woman who has a snake tattoo, even if it's fake. Maybe I can have a fake tattoo also, a jaguar perhaps. You looked like you had a good time.

Ooooo Ces!! You can come too!!! What else will you be wearing along with your jaguar tattoo??? Will you be a 70's rocker? Or perhaps a Modette...??

I have the feeling though you'd look better without your tattoo and wearing a flower child floaty dress with a daisy in your hair.....

Loooove the snake tatoo Juliet! Made me think of my good friend from college who used to wear a pair of jeans to school. He painted a snake coiled around the leg with the open fangs right at the crotch. needless to say, he got a lot of attention.

Sounds like he would have had lots of attention!!
Someone emailed a picture to me of a man's parts with a dragon tatooed all over it...with his shape making the shape of the dragon...ahem!!!! But that's quite another story!!!!!!
;0)

Anyway...glad that I haven't scared anyone to death yet!
